The ACC form is used for major exterior changes (i.e. fences, sheds, decks) to any home located in an Association. The form is used to notify the Association’s Architectural Committee of the projects and to receive approval before work is started. This ensures that the style, location, and zoning is within the Association's guidelines. For any questions regarding the ACC form, please contact Brenda Hill: (269) 321.2610 ext 242 or email@example.com.
