In October of 2007 Allen Edwin Homes opened a 7,000 sq. ft. showroom dedicated to choice. The New Home Showroom allows each new homebuyer to spend hours picking out all the features  they need to make their Allen Edwin home uniquely fit their lifestyle. The New Home Showroom showcases everything including exterior paint, countertops, bath and light fixtures as well as appliances, hardwood, carpet and vinyl.

Each buyer will work one-on-one with one of ourknowledgeable Selection Consultants peronalizing their new home to their specific budget. Best yet, all of the selections are under one roof making it an enjoyable and effortless experience. You can feel confident sending your buyers to the New Home Showroom because it is not a profit center or high-pressure sales center. Our Selection Consultants do not work on commission and Allen Edwin's large-volume buying power allows us to pass significant savings on to our buyers for any upgraded selection they may choose.

There are Four Easy Steps to Making Your New Home as Unique as You Are

When it comes to choosing the right features for your home, you don’t have to worry about being overwhelmed. We pair you with a New Home Showroom Consultant to help you with ideas, and to take care of all the minor details.

1) Exterior Elevation-

Curb appeal is very important in a new home. Choose from a wide array of designs from all three collections. Each floor plan has 16 distinct elevations to choose from.

2) Floor Plan-

Every family lives differently. That’s why it’s important to have the right floor plan. We provide many different options, and can help you pick the floor plan that suits you best.

3) SmartSpace-

If you had extra space in your new home, how would you use it? Would you make it a formal dining room? Or, would it be an extra bedroom? You could make it a den with French doors, or paneled doors for privacy. There’s also the option of turning it into a laundry room, home office, powder room, or a pantry. SmartSpace gives you plenty of options. It all depends on what type of space works best for you.

4) New Home Showroom-
