This spacious, open community has the quiet feel of an executive retreat, cradled by woods and backed up to a community pond, with access to Muskegon, Grand Haven and Grand Rapids.

The cul-de-sac community offers spacious yards with mature trees and a variety of home styles. Located just one minute from I-96 and a mile from the intersection of I-96 and US 31, Chandy Acres is ideal for commuters and busy families, half way in between Muskegon and Grand Haven, with a straight shot to Grand Rapids.

Five minutes to the west is a beautiful swath of Lake Michigan beachfront that includes Lake Harbor Park, Hoffmaster State Park, Muskegon State Park and the North Ottawa Dunes. Boat owners have docking options just minutes away in Muskegon. Golf lovers are just two minutes south of Westwind Golf Course and two minutes north of the Fruitport Country Club. Chandy Acres also offers close proximity to Lakes Crossing Shopping Center and The Lakes Mall, where a wide array of restaurants can be found.

For a metropolitan outing, downtown Grand Rapids is a little more than a half hour down I-196.  The Gerald R. Ford International Airport sits on the far side of Grand Rapids and allows residents a short drive for airline travel.  Museums, breweries, restaurants and professional sports are a just a few of the many amenities in West Michigan’s biggest city.

Chandy Acres sits in the Fruitport Community Schools district, with schools less than 10 minutes away. Fruitport has consistently tested as an all-around well performing district.  Elementary, middle and high schools are all located on the same campus and consist of about 3,000 students total. The school system sponsors clubs like drama and robotics, and publishes its own magazine written by students.  High reading MEAP scores make Fruitport schools competitive with surrounding schools.  The athletic program offers a wide array of sports for all types of athletes.
