Position Summary
The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate quantity takeoffs, cost estimates, and budgets for residential homebuilding projects. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for new home models, options, and community launches.
- Update and maintain base house, option, and community-specific budgets.
- Analyze plans, specifications, and scope documents to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Position Summary
The CAD Designer is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate construction drawings and plan sets for residential homes within the company’s product portfolio. Key Responsibilities
