Allen Edwin Homes wrapped up the year with record breaking new home sales and closing for 2013.
Allen Edwin Homes, Michigan’s largest homebuilder, sold over 540 single-family homes and had over 513 closings in 2013, topping its previous record of 519 single-family homes sales and over 405 closings for 2012.
The company also added more than 25 new communities throughout the state of Michigan, opened over 10 new model homes, and expanded into three new counties in Southeast Michigan that include Genesee County, Washtenaw County, and Oakland County in 2013.
