Allen Edwin Homes wrapped up the year with record breaking new home sales and closings for 2014.
Allen Edwin Homes, Michigan’s largest homebuilder, sold 550 single-family homes and had 562 closings in 2014, topping its previous record of 540 single-family homes sales and over 513 closings for 2013.
The company also added 16 new communities throughout the state of Michigan, developed 6 new phases of existing communities, opened 7 new model homes, and in just 18 months, became the third largest builder in Metro Detroit. This growth was recognized by Builder Magazine in the 2014 BUILDER 100 list, ranking Allen Edwin Homes #65.
