Overall, home sales and new housing starts (permits) were down in 2018 locally. That trend continued through 2019, as existing homes sales (both new and used) are down year over year and prices continue to increase.

Allen Edwin Homes has announced the anticipated arrival of three new floorplans within this Collection. These three new floorplans are all ranches and feature a main floor master bedroom. The plans range from just over 1,200-1,600 square feet of living space and have the option of 2-4 bedrooms and 1-3 bathrooms.

Compiled of public and private builders, the BUILDER 100 List takes into account the number of closings reported for the previous calendar year along with gross revenue.
