ALLENDALE, Mich, February 21, 2020- Allen Edwin Homes, grand opened two new communities in Allendale. Wood View Estates and Springfields of Allendale are located in the Allendale Public School District. Both communities are located south of Lake Michigan Drive; Wood View Estates is off 56th Ave on Lynn Drive and Springfields of Allendale is off 52nd Ave on Richfield Lane. Currently in the Allendale School District, there is less than 3 months’ supply of inventory homes available from $280,000 to $320,000. This price point is severely underserved in the market. Given the low supply of homes plus the proximity to Grand Rapids, Grand Valley State University, and the Lakeshore market, these new communities are projected to meet a buyer’s market in a growing area of Ottawa County.
