Spring and Summer Home Maintenance Tips
- Change humidifier mode from winter to summer
- A dehumidifier may be needed to help with moisture during seasonal changes
- Change your furnace filter if needed
- Test your AC unit once temperatures reach suitable temperatures prior to daily use

- Clean the condenser unit of any debris
- Check exterior vents for blockages
- Birds are notorious for nesting in vents, contact pest control company if this happens
- Test your sump pump and make sure the discharge on the exterior is clear of debris
- Complete any interior and exterior caulking as needed
