Allen Edwin Homes has released three new ranch floorplans to meet the high demand for single story homes. 


BYRON CENTER, Mich, September 30th, 2019- As home prices across the country have risen, Allen Edwin Homes has introduced a new collection of homes focused on the first-time buyer. The Integrity Collection, launched in November 2018, gives first time and move up buyer’s options to own a new home with monthly payments comparable or in some cases lower than to cost to rent. Allen Edwin Homes has announced the anticipated arrival of three new floorplans within this Collection. These three new floorplans are all ranches and feature a main floor master bedroom. The plans range from just over 1,200-1,600 square feet of living space and have the option of 2-4 bedrooms and 1-3 bathrooms.


The three plans are the Integrity 1250, the Integrity 1530, and the Integrity 1610. The Integrity 1250 is y designed to maximize space without compromising on convenience. There are two generously sized bedrooms on one side of the home, with a large bathroom in between. The spacious Great Room, located in the center, is truly the heart of the home and allows the option of a dramatic vaulted ceiling. The minimalist approach to this home results in a cozy layout, with plenty of options in the basement for additional finished living space, including a rec room, guest bath and two additional bedrooms. This floorplan starts from the $170’s.


The Integrity 1530 plan features plenty of space and offers many options, people will enjoy discovering the potential around every corner of this 1,500 square foot ranch. The well-conceived layout allows for the perfect functioning and relaxing balance, with the kitchen and dining area on one side of the home and the bedrooms on the opposite side. The included layout features 3 large bedrooms, but there is an option to add a full bathroom, making the master bedroom into a true master suite. This floorplan starts from the $190’s.


The Integrity 1610 provides a layout that includes a great room with a vaulted ceiling option, and it is open to both a dedicated dining nook plus a large kitchen. Homeowners can customize the kitchen by adding a center island and/or a breakfast bar adjoining the dining nook. There is both a kitchen pantry and a large mudroom with an additional closet and washer & dryer hook up, allowing for plenty of storage space. On the opposite side of the home there are 3 bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom fully equipped with an ensuite bath. There are also options to add a rec room, guest bath and 2 additional bedrooms in the basement. This floorplan starts from the $200’s.
