Allen Edwin Homes Launches a Collection of Homes Starting from the $150’s

As home prices across the country have risen, Allen Edwin Homes has introduced a new collection of homes focused on the first time buyer. The Integrity Collection, launched in November, 2018 will offer homebuyers seven (7) different floorplans that consist of raised ranches and two story homes. These homes will start from the $150’s in Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo, the $160’s in Southeast Michigan, the $170’s in Southwest Michigan & Indiana, and the $190’s in Lansing. With the increasing average cost of a home and increasing rent prices, Allen Edwin Homes’ new collection seeks to help home buyers in a price point underserved in the market.

The Integrity Collection gives first time and move up buyer’s options to own a new home with monthly payments comparable or in some cases lower than to cost to rent. The new collection of homes range from 3-5 Bedrooms, 2-2.5 Bathrooms, and 1,459-2,192 square feet with monthly payments starting from just over $1,000 per month.

The newest collection from Allen Edwin Homes is currently being offered in 23 communities throughout Michigan and Indiana. The first move-in ready homes in the Integrity Collection with be complete in April, 2019.
