About two years ago, the Grand Rapids Dream Center had a vision to build community homes in the neighborhoods they serve to deepen their impact in these communities. They were looking for a place that would allow them a consistent presence to host meetings, Bible studies, outreach times, meals, and other activities. A home would meet very practical needs for the organization as well as drive forward their mission of building trusted relationships inside the communities of Grand Rapids. As the vision began to take root, individuals, churches, and businesses began to give generously toward the building of a community home.
